The driver will meet you at the gate at Incheon Airport depending on your flight.

If your flight arrives earlier than your scheduled arrival time, you will have to wait until your original flight arrival time.

It usually takes about 1 to 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to Seoul.

We will drop you off in front of your hotel, and boarding will end after that.

Only one hotel drop-off, no stopovers or additional hotels are allowed.

The driver will meet you in front of the hotel 's main entrance 4 hours before your flight. If you do not show up by the appointed time, the car service will be terminated and no refund will be given.

If driving is not possible due to delays due to personal reasons, vehicle service will be terminated.

This service goes directly to Incheon Airport.

The vehicle is dropped off at the airport stop on the 3rd floor and the tour ends.

We are not responsible for lost items, so please check again before getting off.

Only pre-booked people can board.

Drinking, eating, and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle.

The driver can only say simple greetings and does not speak English.

For safety, be sure to wear a seat belt.

Car seats are not provided, so if you wish to use them, you can attach the car seat you have prepared.

A stroller is equivalent to one carrier.

The van is recommended to accommodate up to 4 adults, and up to 6 people are allowed including children.

We are not responsible if it is difficult to board due to excess luggage, and use may not be possible.

In Korea, very strong legal punishment is imposed on violence and profanity.

Therefore, if you use violence or profanity toward the driver, the ride service will be canceled, no refund will be given, and you may be held legally responsible.
